when the calories is being burned

 Today is my school's Cross Country Day.
I am in the below 18 girls category and we are gonna run around 4km, i guess. (This year the kilometers is longer :/)
Anyways, i participate in this year Cross Country; there's actually reasons for it;
1. because it'll be my last year 2. this is like the only moment to burn some calories in my body.
So, yeah. As this will be my last Cross Country, i must at least go and give support to those Shirtlift members. Actually, i planned to win something this year, but hah! of course that'll be an epic failure. I mean come on lah, look at me man! Lol anyways yea, i dint get to the top 20 but at least there's effort in me haih
After the race, i can really feel that the calories in me is burned and i feel so healthy :D
But guess wad? After school, i went for a committee meeting and then Ivy and I started our journey walk to MCKL for our BK class. Before we go into the LRT train, we had Mc Donalds for lunch haha and so, i guess you'll know that we had both gain our calories back just after we burned some this morning. In fact, we gained twice the amount of calories :/
to stay healthy and fit is really not an easy thing to do D:
